1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or leaking

  • Product is expired on delivery

  • Wrong item delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or tampered packages

  • Taste preferences

2. Return Process

  • Email us at [support@nezovix.com] within 3 days of delivery.

  • Attach a clear photo/video of the issue.

  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be  Credited  within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credits or replacements.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. In case of incorrect or damaged delivery, we may replace the item at our discretion.
